Flash (1987) #158 "Reverse Flash"

Abra Kadabra has begun capturing all the Earth's speedsters! He's already nabbed Impulse, Jay Garrick, Max Mercury and Jesse Quick, and now there's only one Speed Forcer left: Wally West, the Flash! But when Abra sends his henchman, the one-man Rogues' Gallery called Replicant, after the Scarlet Speedster, it sparks a development that readers will be talking about for months!
