Spider-Man reunites with the Black Cat, who survived a near-death escape and stole a dangerous device from Doctor Octopus. As they grow closer, Octopus attacks, kidnaps her, and tries to use the device to activate a bomb. Spider-Man battles both Octopus and the Owl to stop the threat, but not without serious consequences for Felicia.
