Chapter One - Siegfried is killed by Hagen; Siegfried and Brunnhilda are escorted to Asgard by Valkyries; Odin returns them to life with no memory of their previous lives, and Siegfried now named Thor; Odin tries to kill himself until the appearance of the first Celestial spaceship causes him to want to live again.

 Chapter Two  - The Eye of Odin finishes its story, telling Thor of how Odin, Zeus and Vishnu confront the Celestials when they landed in the past, trying to drive them away.

Chapter Three -  Odin and Thor battle the Celestials; The Celestials pass judgement on the Earth; Thor learns the identity of his mother.
